The utility building and generating station are modular, installed on a lightweight strip foundation. The remaining buildings are produced on the basis of LSTK technology and are built within 4 months, in agreement with the customer. The foundation for them is slab, which allows you to distribute the load on the soil regardless of its type.

The buildings are covered with sandwich panels and trimmed with marble tiles. A protective canopy covered with a professional sheet is made over all entrances, including fire entrances. The roof of all non-modular buildings is also made of sandwich panels, with a concrete surface to protect them from local climatic conditions.

Interior decoration and communications

  • The interior decoration is represented by flooring in the form laminate or linoleum, covering walls with wallpaper and wood panels. Rooms with high humidity are tiled to the ceiling. Room partitions are made using bricks and frames covered with plasterboard. The walls are laid with mineral wool. Door lintel panels are made of aluminum and wood, both according to state standards and to order. There are glazed and regular doors. Their implementation is carried out taking into account fire safety. The openings of stained glass windows and simple windows are painted gray.

Infrastructure

2.1. 3.3. The territory of the children's health camp is planned taking into account the principle of functional zoning, with the allocation of appropriate zones, depending on their functional purpose.
